Skampi na buzaru (Scampi Buzara)
Heat the oil. Fry the scampi briefly. Add chopped garlic and parsley and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with little Vegeta (the 'secret' Croatian ingredient), salt and pepper. Briefly simmer. Add the scampi, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour wine into the pan. Stir and cook for about 10 - 15 minutes covered, over a moderate heat.
