Sataras (Vegetable Stew)
Slice one large onion and simmer with four tablespoons of oil. Add one tablespoon sugar, one pound (1/2 kg) of red peppers sliced into cubes, one pound (1/2 kg) of peeled and diced tomaotes and seasoning. Cook until the liquid from the vegetables evaporates. Add as a side dish or eat as a separate dish with bread.
