Sapice (bear paw cookies)
Mix together two cups ground walnuts, three cups flour, baking powder and one cup sugar. Add a whole egg, one tablespoon of honey, one cup lard, vanilla sugar and mix into dough. Take moulds in the shape of a bear claw, coat them with butter and powder with flower. Fill the moulds with the dough and put in the oven at 425F (220C) for 20 minutes. When done take out of the modls and roll in confection sugar.
