Rizoto s lignjama (Calamari Risotto)
Chop some onion into olive oil, add parsley, 1/2 pound (1/4 kg) calamari, 1/2 pound (1/4 kg) small scampi and fry briefly. Add 1/2 pound (1/4kg) peeled and diced tomatoes. In a separate pan boil 3/4 pound (1/3 kg) rice. When rice is half done, add the calamari/scampi mix to the rice. Add a glass of dry white wine and sautee, adding water occasionally. When risotto is done, add salt, pepper, and chopped parsley and serve.
