Pasta suta (Pasta Asciutta, Pasta with meat sauce) - in English, na Hrvatskom
Take 1/2 cup (5dag) of finely chopped onions and fry in a pot with a few tablespoons of oil until golden. Chop up 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 cup of parsley root, 1/2 cup of celery root and add to the pot. Fry again for a few minutes. Add to the pot 1/3 pound (15 dag) of ground meat, 1/2 cup of tomato puree and salt to taste. Add 2 quarts of water and sautee. When the vegetables are tender add a bit of wine.

In a separate bowl cook 1/2 pound (50dag) spagetti or other pasta of your choice. Place pasta on a plate and pour the meat sauce over. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
